Incrible Studio built Anima Clip as a Free App. This service is provided at no cost and designed with a local privacy-first architecture: your drawings, frames, audio, and projects remain stored exclusively on your device.
1. Information Collection & Processing
No Personal Data Collection: We do not require account registration or user logins, and we do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal identity data (such as names, emails, addresses, or phone numbers) on our own servers.
Third-Party Advertising Identifiers: To keep Anima Clip free, the app integrates third-party advertising SDKs that may automatically collect non-personal device identifiers (Google Advertising ID / AD_ID), IP-derived coarse geographic location (country/city), operating system version, and anonymous interaction analytics for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
2. Sensitive Permissions & Hardware Usage
Microphone / Audio Recording (RECORD_AUDIO):
Purpose: Used exclusively to allow you to record voiceovers, dialogue, and sound effects synchronized directly with your animation timeline in the Audio Studio.
Local-Only Processing: Audio recorded with your microphone is processed 100% locally on your device and attached directly to your local project. We NEVER stream, upload, analyze, or transmit your audio recordings to any remote server or third party.
You can grant or revoke microphone access at any time in Android Settings > Apps > Anima Clip > Permissions.
Storage & Media Access (Storage Access Framework):
Purpose: Allows importing background images, audio tracks, and reference videos, as well as exporting your completed animations as GIF, MP4, PNG sequences, or .anm project packages. All imported assets and saved animations remain strictly stored inside your device's local storage sandbox.
3. Third-Party Advertising & Mediation Partners
Anima Clip integrates trusted industry-standard advertising networks to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Below are our partners and their privacy policies:
For users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland, we utilize Google's Consent Management Platform (User Messaging Platform / UMP) to obtain explicit consent before serving personalized advertisements in compliance with GDPR and ePrivacy directives.
You can manage or update your advertising consent at any time inside the app or directly through device settings:
Android Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID or Reset Advertising ID
5. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights
In compliance with Google Play User Data policies:
Local Retention: All animation projects, drawings, and voice recordings remain on your device as long as you choose to keep them.
Deleting Projects: You can delete any animation project, frame, or audio clip directly inside Anima Clip at any time.
Clearing App Data: You can clear all cached files and local storage in Android Settings > Apps > Anima Clip > Storage > Clear Storage.
Uninstalling: Uninstalling Anima Clip automatically and permanently wipes all local app sandbox data from your device.
No Remote Data: Because Incrible Studio does not host user accounts or cloud databases, there is no remote personal creative data stored by Incrible Studio to delete.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Anima Clip is designed and intended for general audiences aged 13 and older (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data through a third-party ad interaction, please contact us immediately to have it addressed.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
